Welcome to 2thecorecoaching.com (the "Site"). By accessing this Site or engaging 2theCORE Coaching's services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before booking a session, purchasing a product, or otherwise engaging with 2theCORE.

1. Nature of Coaching Services
The coaching services offered through 2theCORE are designed for personal and professional development only. Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process that supports clients in identifying patterns, clarifying goals, and creating meaningful change. It is not — and is not a substitute for — psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal counsel, or financial consulting. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

2. Emotional Nature of the Work
Pattern-level identity work can surface strong emotions, memories, or realizations as a natural part of the process. This is expected and inherent to coaching — not a sign of harm. You acknowledge that emotional discomfort arising from self-reflection during coaching is not, on its own, grounds for a claim against 2theCORE or its coach.

3. Relationship Boundaries
The coaching relationship exists within the scope of the agreed engagement only. Discovery calls, social media interactions, informal messages, and contact outside of scheduled sessions do not create coaching obligations or an ongoing coaching relationship. You are responsible for maintaining independent support systems (medical, mental health, legal, financial) outside of this engagement.

4. No Guarantee of Results
No specific outcome — professional, financial, emotional, or otherwise — is guaranteed. Results depend significantly on your own engagement, honesty, and commitment to the process, as well as factors outside 2theCORE's control.

5. Cancellation & Payment
48 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session without forfeiting it. Sessions missed without notice are non-refundable. Payment terms for programs and courses will be confirmed at the time of purchase; unless otherwise stated, digital products are non-refundable once accessed.

6. Confidentiality
What you share in coaching stays confidential, in alignment with the ICF Code of Ethics. Exceptions apply only where disclosure is required by law or where there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site and within 2theCORE's programs — including frameworks, methodology, worksheets, videos, and written materials — is the intellectual property of 2theCORE. You may use materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or use in coaching or training others is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2theCORE and Elise Renzetti are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or engagement with coaching services, including but not limited to decisions made, outcomes experienced, or emotional responses to the work.

9. Age & Capacity
By engaging with 2theCORE's services, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older and entering this agreement of your own free will.

10. Changes to These Terms
2theCORE may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before further action is pursued.
