"I SHOULD JUST

be grateful"

You've said it to yourself so many times it's started to feel true.

Everyone around you seems fine. Conforming. Nodding along. Playing the game like it costs them nothing.

And you're the only one who sees it for what it actually is. So you start to wonder if you're the one who's losing it.

You're not.

What you're feeling has a name. It's the blanket over your chest. The breath you can't quite take. The choked, smothered feeling of being somewhere that was never built to hold the whole of you.

You were never meant to fit inside just grateful.

Just settled.

Just small enough to survive a role or environment that was never really yours.

From the outside, you look fine. Functioning. Delivering. Rinsing and repeating every day as part of the machine.

But inside, you're running a quiet calculation every single day... How much longer can I do this?

You sit in meetings and watch everyone else nod along, conform, play the game - and you're the only one who seems to see what's actually happening. Feels the energy underneath the words, sees the patterns no one is brave enough to call out.

Which means some days the question isn't “How much longer can I do this?”

It’s “Is there something wrong with me?"

You're capable. Impressive on paper.

But the gap between who you are at work and

who you actually are

is widening every month

And it's starting to cost you things you can't put on a resume - your breath, your sleep, your relationships, your sense of self trust.

You've thought about leaving.

You've thought about updating your resume three times and closed the laptop… because you just don’t have the energy anymore.

You've told yourself the timing isn't right, the market is uncertain, you should “just be grateful” to have a job at all."

And underneath all of it - the real fear nobody talks about:

"What if I leave and I still can't find something that actually fits?”

That fear isn't about the job market.

It's about whether you trust yourself enough to claim what you actually deserve.

And that right there is my

genius zone

gratitude and desire are not opposites.

You can be grateful for what you have AND know you were made for more.

You can appreciate where you are AND feel the pull toward something truer.

You can be professional, capable, and successful - AND still be quietly dying inside the wrong life.

Both are true. At the same time.

The problem isn't your resume.

The problem isn't the job market.

The problem isn't your timing.

The problem is that somewhere along the way you learned to outsource your worth to a job title, a salary, a role that was never really built around

who you are

WHO is where we fix that.

Who

A 5-Session Identity and Career Intensive

WHO is where you come back to yourself - and build the clarity, confidence, and language to claim the role, the title, the next chapter that's actually yours.

Not the one you've been settling for.

Because here's what I know after 2,500+ hours of coaching:

The job was never the problem. The disconnection from yourself is the problem.

When you reconnect - when you can name not just what you've done

but who you ARE and what you actually bring - everything shifts.

You stop asking "how do I fit in."

You start asking "what do I actually want, and what am I no longer available for."

This isn’t about carrying more.

It’s about setting down what was never yours to carry — so what’s underneath can finally move on its own.

what we cover:

SESSION ONE:

The Excavation

Before anything is required of you, something is allowed: to set it down. Not your gifts, dressed up for a bio. Not your talents, packaged to be palatable. Just you, unperforming, for the first time in longer than you'd like to admit. From that stillness, we name where you've been silencing yourself — and what it's cost you to keep carrying it.

SESSION TWO:

The Mirror

The evidence is already in your life — you just haven't been allowed to read it as evidence. Where you come alive. Where you go quiet and call it "fine." I find the thread running underneath it, the one you can't see because you're standing inside it, and hand it back to you translated, clearly, for the first time.

SESSION THREE:

The Claim

You stop negotiating with what Session Two just proved. This isn't confidence you perform for a room - it's what's left standing once you finally set down the argument you've been having with your own worth. Something in your chest unclenches. Not because you convinced yourself of anything new. Because you stopped needing to.

SESSION FOUR:

THE Own

Claim is private. Own is what happens when it stops being private — when "I'm not available for that anymore" becomes something you actually say, in whatever room you're standing in, to whoever needs to hear it. Not a script for asking to be chosen. A standard for how you now expect to be met, everywhere.

SESSION FIVE:

THE Launch

Nothing here gets forced outward. What moves, moves because you're finally light enough to carry it yourself — the way anyone moves easier once they're not hauling weight that was never theirs. You leave knowing who you are. What that becomes next isn't something you have to engineer. It's just what's left once the weight is gone.

Five sessions. Six weeks. One identity, finally claimed as your own.

Add up what staying has already cost you - the sleep, the Sunday dread, the version of yourself you've been quietly burying to keep the peace.

This is far less costly than that.

your investment

$2,000 in full, or two payments of $1,100.

WHO IS FOR YOU IF

You're hungry. You're self-aware. You're ready to move.

  • You're employed but quietly miserable.

  • You know you're made for more but can't quite claim it yet.

  • You're done shrinking to fit a role that was never built for you.

  • You're ready to stop asking how do I get a job and start asking who am I and what do I deserve.

  • You want someone who will say the hard thing - with love - and not stay quiet to protect your feelings.

WHO IS NOT FOR YOU IF

You just want someone else to tell you your own answers

  • You want someone to just fix your bullet points.

  • You're looking for validation of the story you've already been telling yourself.

  • You're not willing to feel into this - only think your way through it.

  • You want comfortable coaching.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE

Imagine this ...

You stop rehearsing what you're going to say before you say it.

You walk into the interview, the meeting, the room - as yourself, not the version of you that's been auditioning for approval.

You apply to three roles instead of thirty, because you finally know what you're actually looking for.

You name your worth out loud and don't flinch when the number lands.

You get offered something, and for once you're not grateful you got picked.

You're checking whether they're worth your yes.

The 2am still happens sometimes. But it's not

'how much longer

CAN I DO THIS?'

It's 'I can't believe i get to

live like this.'

I AM NOT ASKING YOU TO LEAP

I'm asking you to admit that some part of you already knows you're done settling

and to give that part of you fifteen minutes to say so out loud.

No pitch. No performance.

Just a conversation to see if this is the right fit.
